“Earth Freaks have quickly cemented themselves as one of the Pacific Northwest’s most compelling up-and-coming outfits in the underground scene. The four piece, blending nostalgic elements of punk and psychedelia, have taken the last year to carefully curate and record their newly-released sophomore album, “Learn To Enjoy Losing.”

Hailing from Victoria, BC, Earth Freaks emerged from Selkirk College’s renowned music program in late 2021. A string of independently released singles - “Heavy Sunshine,”  “Colour Tones"  and “Remedy,”  bookend their self-titled debut album, released at the end of 2022. In their developmental years of 2022/23, they toured feverishly across western Canada, including appearances at the festivals ‘Sled Island’, ‘Starbelly Jam’ and ‘Canada Rock Fest’. March of 2023 also saw the band’s first venture outside of Canada, as they brought their high energy live experience to Mexico, for a string of shows supporting reggae legends ‘Antidoping’ and ‘Los Pericos.’ 2025 saw the group's first nationwide tour of Canada to support the release of their latest album 'Learn To Enjoy Losing', released May 15th the same year.”
